Complete new build. The space we were allocated started as a double garage, a utility room and a games room. This was a major project following strict plans as this is a listed building. The pool includes a waterfall which is set into the end wall and handcrafted ashlar stone to match the existing building. There are many other styling cues taken from the rest of this magnificent property. There is also a steam room, WC and changing rooms. We supplied and installed a full air handling unit heating air and water with full heat recovery and dehumidification all ducted underground. The pool tiles are a bespoke pattern chosen by the client and made by our specialist supplier. We finished off fitting a fully automatic chemical dosing system allowing both the client and ourselves to check the pool chemical levels and pool temperature via an app on our iphones from anywhere in the world with a wifi connection.
Sherborne Cottage – Indoor Pool Construction
The building of a bespoke, exercise pool inside a cottage in Sherborne. This was a complete design and build project including counter current swim jet, bespoke custom made ducting for air handling unit and dehumidification allgoing underground to a detached plantroom. Proof that you do not need a large area to install a fabulous pool.

A new build indoor pool at Quantock Lakes wedding venue at Nether Stowey near Cannington complete with Calorex air handling unit and dehumidification through bespoke underground ducting and an automatic dosing system for ease of use.
